Me and Beau!

Hello, my name is Tyler Ratcliffe. I am currently a student at the Alberta University of the Arts, and am pursuing a bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on painting. I am planning to enrol in a master’s program in Fine Arts after graduation to further develop my understanding of visual arts histories and curation. I am not only passionate in furthering my education in the discipline, but am aiming to build a full-time career as an artist.

Growing up in Alberta, I've developed an appreciation for the community and been able to connect with other artists who have encouraged me and inspired my work. I have been fortunate enough to display some of my paintings in some of my favourite venues and businesses across the local area. I have works in Blackbyrd Myoozik, Haunted Objects Vintage, as well as a residency at Airdrie Public Library. Looking ahead, I hope to have more of my work exhibited in other businesses, galleries, and maybe even your home! I dream of sharing my art with an even wider audience one day.
